I. Relationship between Party A and Party B

Second, the service model

1. After signing the formal service contract, Party B will send technicians to the door _ _ times a month to carry out general maintenance such as system optimization and antivirus, and solve the remaining problems.

2. If Party A's equipment fails in use, you can call Party B.. Party B shall first provide solutions by telephone, e-mail and remote login. 3. Party B can help Party A to purchase and maintain the equipment at a low price for free, but the expenses arising therefrom shall be borne by Party A. Soft faults shall be solved by Party B without additional charges.

4. Party B will also help train the personnel designated by Party A to carry out some simple maintenance and problem solving, so as to solve the problem as soon as possible and minimize the failure time of the information system.

Third, service standards.

1. Party B tries its best to ensure the stable operation of Party A's information system equipment through careful maintenance in advance and timely response afterwards.

2. Party B shall establish and maintain the archives of Party A's equipment, strictly abide by all business secrets of Party A, and cooperate with the safe use of Party A's data and information.

3. Party B can provide technical support services for software to Party A, but it is not responsible for the copyright of the software used by Party A (except the software sold by Party B to Party A).
