Disadvantages: This is the same as all residential buildings. Top-level units will put forward higher requirements for the treatment of roof insulation and waterproof layer because of sun and rain. If there is a problem with the quality of roof construction, there may be hidden dangers such as water seepage and high temperature. But at the same time, top units are relatively cheap.
The landscape height is the best.
Usually, the fourth floor is the highest height of trees in general residential gardens. Therefore, this height is considered to be the most suitable from the perspective of visual perception, just looking at the community garden from the top of the tree.
Advantages: the noise is lower than 10 floor, and the price is cheap. Disadvantages: wet.
As the residential garden, surrounding street shops and other buildings are sheltered by plants, as long as they are not directly built next to the main road, the impact of noise is much lower than that of 10 floor units. Some tests have found that the noise of the unit on the first floor is slightly lower than the noise decibel measured by the unit on the 30th floor. However, in the south, the ground floor units will be relatively humid. Even if the first overhead floor is affected by sunshine time and ventilation conditions, the ground floor units will still be troubled by "humidity".
The most expensive floor
Theoretically, in a super high-rise building, one-third to two-thirds of the floors belong to the golden floor with the best geographical location, and the most expensive apartment also appears at this floor stage when developers price products.

The air quality and sound noise of 30-meter-high floors are relatively the biggest, which is generally recognized in the industry, but it is also affected by many factors. However, judging from the traditional living habits of consumers, the middle and high-rise units are considered to be relatively comfortable living heights, and both the garden view and the viewing can be taken into account.
Fire fighting: the ladder can only go to the 30th floor.
Fire-related facilities, on the one hand, are fire-fighting ladder trucks outside the building, which can reach up to 28-30 floors at present. It is difficult for residents above this height to get rescue by means of external fire ladder when facing fire.
The fire elevator inside the building must go from the lowest floor (including basement) to the highest floor, and the running time from the lowest floor to the top floor should not be longer than 60 seconds. Generally, when a fire breaks out, all elevators stop using, and firefighters can start the elevator to carry out rescue work through the fireman switch of the fire elevator.

At present, the speed of ordinary residential elevators is about 1.75 m/s, and it takes about one minute for the elevator to reach the 33rd floor from the lowest basement.

For example, the elevator with a running speed of 4 meters per second used in existing projects can be controlled within one minute from the third floor underground to the 60th floor above ground.

Network signals, such as cell phone signals, are related to the signal amplifier settings of the area and the corresponding floors in the building, and have nothing to do with the floors.
Typhoon shaking: the human body can't feel it
According to people in the construction industry, the high-rise units of super-high-rise buildings may shake to a certain extent when they are built in a strong typhoon, but this degree is imperceptible to the human body and can only be measured by instruments.
Shelter: Are there any tall buildings built before May?
In May this year, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine jointly issued the national standard "Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings", which requires that residential buildings with a height greater than 100 meters should also be provided with refuge floors, and every 15 floor should be provided with 1 shelter floor. It is understood that only high-rise public buildings above 100 meters needed to build refuge floors.
