● The user hereby agrees that when using the service content and service items provided by Changan in the call system service, the user shall abide by the terms of use (including contract terms, precautions, explanations, subsidiary contracts, etc. ) formulated by the operator who provides the project content.
● All kinds of rules that Changan Automobile has issued or may issue in the future, as well as policies or processes provided and updated by our company through in Call remote assistant APP and SMS, have the same legal effect as the text of the agreement. You promise to accept and abide by the provisions of the above documents and procedures when using the services provided by the Internet of Vehicles.
● The user hereby agrees that Changan Automobile has the right to modify the service agreement or formulate and modify various rules at any time as required. If you disagree with the relevant changes, you must immediately inform Changan Automobile in the form of a formal written notice signed or sealed, and Changan Automobile has the right to choose to terminate the relevant changes or maintain the relevant changes. If you continue to use the service under the service agreement after the change, it will be deemed that you agree to accept the change. When the updated protocol conflicts with the previous protocol, the new protocol should be used first.
1.2 service upgrade

● Abuse of user rights;

● Acts of inciting national hatred and discrimination and undermining national unity;
● Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crime;
● Acts that undermine national security, divulge state secrets, subvert state power and undermine national unity.
1.4 sales and transfer of vehicles
If the user sells or transfers the user's vehicle without formally notifying Changan in Call system, Changan in Call system will still charge the user all the service fees related to the vehicle regardless of the new owner of the vehicle. In order to avoid losses, users must go through the service transfer procedures before selling or transferring the vehicle, and clear all the private information stored in the vehicle terminal. Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. will not bear any responsibility for any damage to the privacy and loss of interests of users and their families caused by the user's failure to inform Changan in time to change the owner's information in the calling system.

In case of vehicle terminal failure, please contact the authorized service outlets of Changan Automobile, and the authorized service outlets of Changan Automobile will conduct a comprehensive inspection of users' vehicles and vehicle terminals. Failure beyond the warranty period or caused by human factors, the charging standard shall be subject to the publicity of Changan Automobile authorized service outlets. 3. Service restrictions
We only provide services to Chinese mainland (Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan are not included in the service scope). This service is affected by other non-Party A factors, such as the signal of mobile communication network and the strength of GPS signal where your vehicle is located, which may reduce the service quality and efficiency. You understand that the implementation of vehicle networking service based on vehicle positioning information needs to meet the following conditions:
● The area can accept GPS satellite signals, and the GPS signals are unobstructed;
● Matching of ●GPS satellite signals with vehicle networking hardware;
● The mobile signal is smooth, and the GSM, 3G and 4G network signals are good;
● There are no other factors not attributable to Party A that may affect the Internet of Vehicles service. ..
In addition, your vehicle also has an effective electrical system (including a fully charged battery) for the operation of the vehicle networking system. If your in-vehicle networking equipment is not installed correctly (installed by Changan Automobile or an organization or personnel authorized by Changan Automobile), or you do not keep these equipment and your vehicle in good condition, this service may not be implemented. If you add or change any hardware or software system of the car networking equipment in the car, this service may not be implemented.
