operation sequence/order
1. The enterprise to be established first applies to the administrative department for industry and commerce for establishment registration, and the administrative department for industry and commerce approves the name and issues an Application for Enterprise Registration;
2. The enterprise to be established shall apply to the Municipal Real Estate Administration for establishment. If the Housing Authority agrees to set up, the administrative department for industry and commerce shall register after signing the Application for Enterprise Registration and issue a business license; Not to register those who do not meet the prescribed conditions, and explain the reasons;
3. After obtaining the business license, the enterprise to be established shall apply to the Municipal Real Estate Administration for filing within 30 days, and go through the qualification grade formalities.

4, the staff roster and the original title of engineering and technical personnel.
prerequisite
The conditions for applying for the establishment of a development enterprise shall not be lower than those of a four-level qualified enterprise.
