4. There are digital photos that meet the requirements of the Technical Specification for Digital Photos for Making Resident Identity Cards (GA46 1-2004).
5. I have not applied for a resident identity card within two months.
6. The citizenship number shall not be duplicated or misused by others.
7. Provide authentication agents. The agent must be an immediate family member who has reached the age of 18 and lives in our city and belongs to the same household registration book as the applicant.
Second, the process of handling the second-generation resident ID card online
1, online declaration. The applicant first logs on to the online application platform for the second-generation card and truthfully fills in the Registration Form for the Application of Resident Identity Card.
2, the public security bureau audit information. The public security bureau examines the online application information, and after the examination is correct, the public security organ notifies the applicant's designated accreditation agent to go to the public security organ for accreditation.
3. The agent applies for a certificate. After receiving the notice from the public security organ, the accreditation officer shall go to the public security organ to apply for the applicant's ID card with his resident ID card, residence booklet and the original residence permit of foreign applicants, and pay the certification fee.
4. Document production. The Municipal Public Security Bureau will report the applicant's certification information to the provincial certification center for certification.
5. Certificate collection. The certificate must be collected by the applicant himself with the household registration book and evidence collection certificate to the accepting public security organ, and cannot be collected by the accreditation agent or others.

Article 7 A citizen shall, within three months from the date of reaching the age of 16, apply to the public security organ where his permanent residence is located for a resident identity card.
Citizens under the age of 16 shall apply for resident identity cards by guardians.
Article 8 A resident identity card shall be issued by the public security organ of the people's government at the county level where the resident's permanent residence is located.
Article 10 To apply for a resident identity card, a registration form for applying for a resident identity card shall be filled in and a residence booklet submitted for examination.
