2. Wages and remuneration
You know, as ordinary people, we all work to make money, and companies that are not allowed to raise funds are not allowed to lightning quickly. After that, the boss may want PUA employees. Therefore, on the basis of determining that the work content is acceptable, ask about the salary and treatment.
3. Welfare guarantee
For example, how to pay social security, how to pay holidays, whether to work overtime, whether to have overtime pay and various subsidies, and whether to have a holiday on weekends. These are all important questions. Some companies may take a weekend off alone, but as compensation, they will have a long annual leave. We should also ask this clearly.
4. Factory
Although the recruitment information is written in the city center, the actual work place is likely to be in the suburbs. This is a cover-up. Probably only their headquarters is in the city. It may also be that the work unit is in the urban area, but it needs to go to branches and cooperative units in other cities to handle business dealings. So ask where you work and whether the working environment is fixed.
