Preparation materials: ribs 300g, wax gourd 200g, cooking wine, salt 1 teaspoon, pepper1g.
First, the first step is to wash the melon and cut it into pieces, and cut the ribs for use, as shown below.
Second, blanch the ribs first, add a proper amount of water to the pot, and add the ribs, as shown below.
3. Then the fire is boiled, and the floating foam is skimmed after the water is boiled, as shown in the following figure.
Fourth, then take out the blanched ribs and put them on a plate for later use, as shown below.
