Hydrological Bureau is responsible for the management of hydrological survey, water resources analysis and evaluation, water environment monitoring, hydrological information forecasting and other business work of the main stream and tributaries of rivers within its jurisdiction.
Main responsibilities:
Organize the implementation of hydrological development planning, and implement the technical specifications and standards of hydrological industry;
Responsible for the construction of hydrological station network, hydrological infrastructure and hydrological informatization;
Responsible for the collection and processing of wading information; Provide real-time hydrological information and hydrological intelligence, and participate in flood control dispatching;
Responsible for the investigation, analysis and evaluation of hydrological and water resources, and organize the implementation of emergency monitoring plans for sudden water pollution incidents;
To be responsible for hydrological law enforcement according to relevant hydrological laws and regulations;
Assist the water administrative department to implement the unified management, development and protection of water resources.
In the local national economic development planning and the implementation of major construction projects, participate in the implementation of water intake permit, water resources demonstration, water ecological water environment evaluation, flood control impact evaluation, soil and water conservation plan preparation, etc.;
Undertake other tasks assigned by superiors.
