2. Strengthen the professional ethics education and legal education for graduates, strengthen the concepts of honesty and trustworthiness and legal system, and prohibit graduates from practicing fraud, forging employment agreements or other acts that violate employment regulations in the process of choosing jobs. The employment guidance center should formulate practical working procedures and review the validity of the employment agreement. Standardize the employment behavior of graduates and make the employment work orderly, standardized and scientific.
Second, strengthen training and give prominence to guidance.
Employment guidance for graduates is an important link related to the smooth employment of graduates, including employment policy, employment knowledge and employment skills. Based on the idea of establishing a "whole process" system of pre-job training and employment guidance, the career planning, employment ideological education, employment skills training, employment and entrepreneurship awareness and innovation ability of graduates are implemented in the whole process of higher vocational training, breaking the traditional "finished product packaging" employment guidance mode and introducing "product design" career development guidance. All departments of the college should adhere to the employment-oriented concept of running a school and do a good job in employment guidance for graduates.
