Chapter III Motor Vehicle Driver Examination
Section 2 Examination Requirements
Article 36 The vehicle management office shall arrange the examination according to the reserved examination room and time. Applicants can make an appointment to take the road driving skills test in subject 2 or subject 3 after passing the exam in subject 1. Where conditions permit, the applicant can make an appointment for the road driving skills test of subject 2 and subject 3 at the same time, and can take the test continuously after the appointment is successful. Subject 2, subject 3 road driving skills test qualified, the applicant can take the subject 3 safe and civilized driving common sense test on the same day.
Applicants can make an appointment for the road driving skills test in subjects 2 and 3. If the vehicle management office cannot arrange the test within 60 days, they can choose other examination rooms in the province (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) to make an appointment for the test.
The vehicle management office shall use the national unified examination appointment system to make an appointment for the applicants by means of Internet, telephone and service window.
