Especially for me, unlike the teacher in No.9 Middle School, I am both a member of our team and an outsider, so I feel more, especially in Qilu Middle School in Yucheng. In addition to observing the Chinese class, we also visited the school culture construction, the school reference room and various characteristic studios, which is very enlightening to the teaching management of our school. Reading thousands of books and taking the Wan Li Road is a development in itself.
The second is "verification" and "rectification". When I was in Pan Lin Middle School, I told you that in Chinese teaching, I became a monk halfway, and I still had a superficial understanding of Chinese and Chinese teaching, so I didn't have an accurate grasp. This Chinese trip has confirmed some of my own understandings, such as the Chinese concept advocated by the "consistency of teaching evaluation" researched by Professor Cui Yunkuo's team, which is also the requirement of the college entrance examination reform for education. Not only in Pan Lin Middle School, but also in the section of "Taking Great Writing as a Mirror", there is also a summary of big concepts in teacher Lin Lin's "Market in the Sky", such as three tips for writing scenery extracted by teacher Sydney and her students, and the description techniques of characters in Historical Records summarized by teacher Wang Chao through "Zhou Yafu Army's Fine Willow". These are big Chinese concepts and a key point to realize the transfer of students' Chinese skills.
In addition, I am still very confused about how far the student-oriented principle can be grasped. Rainbow Jishun's composition guidance class, I also think that the guidance of the second half of the material "New Year" fully reflects the teacher's leadership. I also think this is not very good, but I don't know how to deal with it, so I didn't say anything. When I met President Song today, President Song mentioned that this place should not be handled like this. I found a support for my doubts. Later, President Song will say, I also need to study harder.
The third is "moved, infected and grateful". These days, the Chinese team following No.9 Middle School was really moved by the excellent, dedicated and sincere teachers. I don't know what words to use. Everyone's Excellence is different. This is what real China people should look like. Today, I sit with you, and I am even more infected by this language and sincere atmosphere. And our role model, President Song, whose feelings for China people make me admire. Just now, I was chatting with President Song, and I said that I would give my remaining fifteen years of working time to China people. President Song said that I am now waiting to retire. After retirement, I will go to the mountainous area to teach, still go into the Chinese classroom, and devote my life's understanding and pursuit of Chinese to the mountainous area for free, so as to teach the children in the mountainous area to love Chinese and learn it well. President Song said that a Chinese teacher should be an absolute idealist. I think this word is enough to express what a Chinese teacher should look like, which should be the best guide for us.
