Acceptance: The act of accepting a citizen's or a legal person's notarization application and agreeing to handle it marks the beginning of notarization by the notary office: after accepting the notarization application, the notary office shall appoint a notary to undertake notarization, and notify the parties concerned that if the parties ask the notary to withdraw, the notary office shall reassign other notaries to undertake notarization; After accepting the notarization application, the notarization institution shall input the information of the accreditation into the national notarization management system, strengthen the management of the notarization process, and facilitate the inquiry of the parties; After accepting the application for notarization, the notarization institution shall collect the notarization fee from the parties in accordance with the regulations; After accepting an application for notarization, a notarization institution shall examine the number, identity, qualifications and corresponding rights of the parties, whether the contents of the documents applying for notarization are complete, whether the meaning is clear, whether the signatures and seals are complete, and whether the certification materials provided are true, legal and sufficient.
