The second is to supervise and manage the county-wide medical insurance fund, establish and improve the safety prevention and control mechanism of medical insurance fund, formulate the management supervision system of medical insurance and its supplementary insurance fund, prepare the draft proposal of the county-wide medical insurance fund budget and final accounts, and promote the reform of the payment method of medical insurance fund.
Three, the implementation of county-level medical insurance financing and treatment policies. Improve the serious illness insurance system and promote the reform of the long-term care insurance system.
Four, organize the implementation of the county's urban and rural unified medical insurance drugs, medical consumables, medical service facilities and other directories, establish a dynamic adjustment mechanism, organize the implementation of medical insurance directory access negotiation rules.
Five, the implementation of the county's drugs, medical consumables prices and medical service items, medical service facilities charges and other policies, the establishment of medical insurance payment medical service price reasonable determination and dynamic adjustment mechanism, promote the establishment of market-led social medical service price formation mechanism, the establishment of price information monitoring and information release system.
Six, implement the national, provincial and municipal policies on centralized procurement of drugs and medical consumables, organize and supervise the implementation of centralized procurement of drugs and medical consumables.
Seven, organize the implementation of the county designated medical institutions agreement and payment management measures, establish and improve the medical insurance credit evaluation system and information disclosure system, supervision and management into medical insurance coverage's medical service behavior and medical expenses, investigate and deal with illegal acts in the field of medical insurance according to law.
Eight, responsible for the county's medical security management, public service system and information construction, organize the formulation and improvement of medical management and expense settlement policies in different places, and establish and improve the transfer and connection system of medical security relations. Carry out foreign cooperation and exchanges in the field of medical security.
Nine, complete other tasks assigned by the county party committee and the county government.
