1, if a traffic accident causes death, it shall bear the same or more responsibilities;
2. Driving a motor vehicle after being drunk;
3. Driving a motor vehicle after drinking alcohol in this scoring cycle and three consecutive scoring cycles before application;
4. Driving a motor vehicle at a speed of more than 50% per hour in this scoring cycle and the last three consecutive scoring cycles before application, and the motor vehicle driver's license has not been revoked.
