1. Directional non-commissioned officers refer to non-commissioned officers who are directly recruited from ordinary high school graduates who have participated in the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities, who have completed the corresponding courses and completed the required credits in colleges and universities, and non-commissioned officers who are directly recruited from college graduates and serve in the army by voluntary military service.
2. At present, there are 49 colleges and universities in China that train non-commissioned officers. Candidates who intend to apply for the directional training of non-commissioned officers must be ordinary high school graduates who have signed up for the entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities in 2023. They are not over 20 years old and are unmarried. Their political and physical conditions are implemented with reference to the provisions on recruiting conscripts.
Registration procedures and methods:
1. Admissions offices at all levels, colleges and ordinary senior high schools should do a good job in the propaganda work of directional training of non-commissioned officers in advance, give full play to the role of media such as internet, television, radio, newspapers and periodicals, and introduce candidates, parents and middle schools to the conditions, procedures, majors, quantity, training objectives, treatment, graduation destination and other related information of directional training of non-commissioned officers by issuing brochures, releasing information and consulting.
2. Candidates who intend to apply for the orientation training of non-commissioned officers must fill in the college entrance examination volunteers, and the orientation training of non-commissioned officers must fill in the volunteer column of literature, history, science and engineering in advance. Candidates whose college entrance examination scores reach the minimum control score of higher vocational (junior college) batches can fill in their volunteers.
3. There are three colleges and universities with gradient volunteers, and each college has three professional volunteers. At the same time, there is also a swap column of "willing to enroll in other majors".
