On August/August/2002 1 1, Wenzhou Branch held a risk speech contest with the theme of "promoting risk culture and enhancing risk awareness". Fu Huiping, President of Wenzhou Branch, Ye Wei and Xia Jiesheng, Vice Presidents, Wang Xiaoyu, Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission, Bao Banghe and Xu Genfu, full-time inspectors of provincial banks, and senior management of LAM Raymond participated in the competition, and the heads of various departments, sub-branches and staff representatives of Wenzhou Branch participated in the competition.

The game began with warm applause from the audience. 19 contestants gave speeches and demonstrations on risk management, bad collection, "punching in" action, internal control management and other contents. A jury composed of leaders of Wenzhou Branch, senior managers and heads of some departments made a comprehensive score according to the theme, language expression, speech skills and musical instrument style of the contestants' speeches. After fierce competition, Hu Xiaoying, a student from ouhai district Sub-branch, won the first prize of this competition with his excellent performance on the topic of "Talking about the Risk Control of Bankers".

President Fu spoke highly of this risk lecturer selection activity and put forward three requirements: First, in the face of the current complex business environment and heavy transformation tasks, we must resolutely "do not cross the regulatory bottom line, step on the system red line, and touch the illegal high-voltage line" and establish a correct development concept.
