Especially if you want to work, you'd better not rent this building in Hua Fu, otherwise you can't do business:
First, you can't park in the parking lot below, because the management office has rented the parking lot to Datang Foot Bath in this building, and only guests who come to wash their feet can park. The residents of this building will come and scold you immediately and let you drive away, even if you park temporarily for 5 minutes.
Second, you have to move some goods in. If it exceeds 4 boxes (regardless of the size, only the quantity), the security and management office will not let you move in. The reason is that this building is not a warehouse and cannot store goods, or it is not allowed to store things for fire reasons to avoid a fire. Once, because I bought a lot of clothes (I sell clothes online), the security and management office wouldn't let me carry the goods up. It is useless for me to argue with the general manager of the management office. The general manager also threatened to ask the firemen to move all my goods, saying that the clothes were flammable. It's really unreasonable. If clothes are flammable, what else is not flammable? Isn't everyone allowed to keep things at home? It's really unreasonable! When receiving express delivery, if there are too many goods, the security guards downstairs will have to make things difficult for you and force you to buy them a pack of cigarettes before releasing them. What a world! Renting a house is like going to jail. The security guards in other buildings will take the initiative to help you move a lot of things when they see the residents move in. Here, they set up a card to prevent you from moving in for no reason. If some friends are lawyers, I would like to ask them what rights they have violated by not letting residents move things in.
Or moving goods, if you don't have much goods, the security guard will let you move in, but no trailers are allowed. Trailers are not allowed to enter the elevator, which is also a overlord rule of Huafu Building Management Office. The reason of the management office is that the trailer will hit the elevator. In all the buildings in Shenzhen, I have never seen such unreasonable regulations. Even if some buildings restrict trailers from pulling goods, there will be passenger elevators and freight elevators. If the passenger elevator is not allowed to drag goods in, a cargo elevator is also needed. This Hua Fu building is so awesome that no matter which elevator or trailer is allowed to haul goods in.
Third, if you order express or fast food, it is very likely that they can't get on, and the security guard won't let you in, so you have to go down and get it.
