Time is not long, but I have many feelings and some immature personal opinions and suggestions, mainly including the following four points:
First, go deep into the enterprise and serve it better. The "Implementation Plan" requires us to "put down our airs, calm down, lose bureaucratic airs, be rustic, be grounded, gather popularity, and conduct in-depth visits and investigations". In fact, it needs our young cadres to go deep into the enterprise, face to face with the enterprise, touch the truth, listen to the truth and serve the enterprise better. Every time I talk to enterprise cadres and workers, I can hear and see their trust and expectation in government work from their words and eyes. They regard me as a bridge to communicate with the government, pour out their hearts and ask for help, which suddenly makes me feel the burden on my shoulders, a sense of responsibility and a sense of mission. Therefore, I think I must bring their difficulties and suggestions to provide a basis for government decision-making. To this end, I earnestly implemented the contents of the "Three Ones" activities and carefully wrote "Where is the" difficulty "in recruiting talents for small and medium-sized enterprises in the outer suburbs? The research report effectively conveyed the government's concerns to enterprises and brought back the facts and suggestions of enterprises.
? Second, with the help of the government, enterprises can follow the trend. The Shanghai Zhong Da Information Industry Co., Ltd. I visited is an enterprise with nearly 30 years' experience in providing information services for large petrochemical and chemical fiber enterprises. Its operation is stable, but it is difficult to recruit talents, especially high-tech talents, which greatly puzzles the development of enterprises. Up to now, there are still more than 30 vacancies in the company, mainly high-end talents such as project engineers, system engineers and project managers. Half of the general technical positions are recruited for less than one year. The main reason is that it is far from the urban area and the salary of employees is lower than that of the urban area. However, the government's support for enterprises to recruit high-end talents is not strong enough, there are few relevant preferential policies, and the surrounding environment and supporting facilities of enterprise parks are not perfect. So I think the development of small and medium-sized enterprises can never be separated from the government, and the government must go from the background to the front. Only when all government departments strive to create a good external environment and business environment for enterprises can enterprises take advantage of the situation.
? ? Third, find out the truth and pay more attention to solving problems for enterprises. We have seen the truth and listened to it, whether it's a casing or an investigation. Perhaps more importantly, can you solve the difficulties of enterprises? Can you adopt the suggestions of enterprises? In the past few days after I came back, the XXX manager contacted by the company has been asking me if I can help them set up a bridge and ease the employment problem of the company. I said yes, I will. Therefore, I also believe that the relevant departments will be able to collect our suggestions, carefully study and verify them, and finally form relevant decisions that are conducive to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Jinshan, especially the difficulty in recruiting talents, effectively alleviating many problems such as the difficulty in employing people and financing in Jinshan enterprises, and letting enterprises get rid of the shackles with the support of the government.
? ? Fourth, strengthen services to build the brand of Jinshan enterprises. If the small and medium-sized enterprises in Jinshan want to develop, it is definitely not enough to rely solely on the government. There must be more social public service institutions to provide more timely and comprehensive services for the development of enterprises. As far as I know, the "Jinshan District SME Service Center" was established in 20 1 1 year, but now it is short of staff and services, which can't meet the needs of SMEs in Jinshan. Therefore, it is suggested to further strengthen the construction of social public service organizations. For example, Chongqing established the SME Service Federation to carry out business such as enterprise financing, technical exchange, personnel training, industry norms, qualification identification, etc., which not only provided a guarantee for the government to reduce the burden, but also provided a guarantee for the development of enterprise clusters and sector upgrading, and provided greater possibilities and space for building Jinshan enterprise brands.
