For example, we often hide some assumptions in our speeches:
1, do you want to eat noodles or noodles? (implying that you must eat)
2. Should I go back later by bus or taxi? (implying that you will definitely go back)
Please have a look at what you like best in our shop. (hint that you must like it)
How long do you plan to make this decision? (implying that you will definitely make a decision)
When are you going to start to relax? Suggest that you are already in a relaxed state, and you should continue to relax at the same time.
6. How much do you love me? (Hint that you love me)
In addition, we have many negative suggestions, which seem negative but are actually positive:
1, I don't want you to think of blue.
Don't start until you are fully prepared (in fact, it implies that you will start, and at the same time it implies that a person will be fully prepared.
It doesn't matter whether you can relax like this.
4. Don't decide too quickly. (hint at making a decision)
There are also some stories that seem to tell the story of a third party, but actually imply the parties:
1. Every time I see my sneakers, I think of the last time I climbed a mountain. It was almost sunset at that time, and I felt very tired. I really want to relax. Just to watch the sunset slowly fall on the horizon, this dim light makes me more sleepy. Slowly, my eyes have been sinking with the sunset, and even if I try my best to open them in time, I can't open them. (There are many relaxation tips)
I have a friend who said that the year 2000 is coming, and he has many new plans to start. He is very happy (also a hint).
There are some words that are deliberately vague and can arouse people's * * * sounds, as if guessing each other's thoughts:
1, I know there are some difficulties in your life, and you must find appropriate solutions.
Work hard and earn money to buy a lot of things you want.
Milton Erickson is also good at hypnotic language called: follow the tape first. That is, when giving instructions to the other party, he will first tell a few facts to make the other party think so, and then give instructions. For example, to relax alone, we can simply say: You will feel relaxed:
1. It can also be said that you will feel very relaxed now sitting in a chair, looking at the computer screen and reading this passage of mine. (The first three are facts, and the last one is explanation)
2. Looking at this refreshing weather, the flowers are also beautiful.
