Second, the enrollment major, mode and enrollment scale
In 20021year, the enrollment method of doctoral students in Tarim University was ordinary enrollment, and the enrollment plan was drawn up for 25 students (the actual enrollment number is subject to the Ministry of Education). Please refer to 20021Information on Enrollment of Doctoral Students in Tarim University for details of enrollment majors and examination subjects.
Third, the conditions and requirements for applying for the exam
(a) support the leadership of the China * * * production party, with the correct political direction, love the motherland, willing to serve the construction of Socialism with Chinese characteristics, law-abiding, good conduct.
(2) Candidates applying for Tarim University must meet one of the following conditions:
1. Persons with master's degree and postgraduate education;
2. Those who have obtained a master's degree but have no postgraduate degree must publish at least 1 academic papers in the national core Chinese periodicals as the first author before registration ("National core Chinese periodicals" shall be subject to the Overview of Chinese Core Journals edited and published by Peking University Library and other units). The academic papers published by the candidates shall be subject to the National Catalogue of Core Journals in China published in that year);
3. Fresh graduates of national education series (those who have obtained a master's degree before September 20021year and have not obtained a nationally recognized master's degree certificate at the time of admission will be disqualified);
4. The master's degree certificate obtained overseas must be certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.
(3) Physical and mental health conditions meet the physical examination standards stipulated by the Ministry of Education and the admissions unit.
(4) Written recommendation opinions of at least two professors (or experts with the same titles) who are equivalent to the applied disciplines and professional fields.
(five) active servicemen to apply for doctoral students, according to the relevant provisions of the PLA General Political Department.
(6) Graduates who are currently engaged in entrusted or directional training, candidates who intend to apply for directional employment, and candidates who have been engaged in entrusted or directional training and have fulfilled their contracts must obtain the consent of the entrusted or directional training unit or service unit before they can apply for doctoral students.

Fourth, registration
(1) Registration method:
By combining online registration with on-site registration, all candidates must complete online registration and on-site registration confirmation, and the registration is valid.

(2) Submission:

2. Letter of recommendation from 202 1 Postgraduate Expert of Tarim University (2 copies) (the recommender must be a senior professional title).
3. The original transcript of the master's study period (1 copy, which must be stamped with the official seal of the graduate management department, and has been copied by the master's degree personnel in my personnel file and stamped with the official seal of the file management department).

(3) Description:
1. All the above materials must be printed or copied on A4 paper. The original documents submitted by the candidates are used for inspection, and the copies are submitted to the research and recruitment office as the candidates' application materials for future reference. According to the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Education, the registration qualification materials submitted by candidates will not be returned regardless of admission or not.
2. Candidates are requested to carefully check whether they meet the application conditions before registration. Those who do not meet the application conditions will be disqualified. Candidates who resort to fraud or other irregularities in registration or examination will be dealt with in accordance with the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations promulgated by the Ministry of Education.
Candidates must register within the prescribed time limit, and no supplementary report will be made after the deadline.
4. Candidates fall into the following categories:
① Non-directional employment: Doctoral students must transfer files, salary relations and other related materials to Tarim University after enrollment, and "choose two-way employment" under the guidance of national employment policy after graduation.
② Directional Employment: Candidates need not transfer files and other related materials, and return to their original units after graduation. Before entering the school, you must sign a directional training contract with Tarim University and the entrusting unit.

The examination is divided into two stages: initial examination and second examination.
(1) initial test

(2) Second interview
The second interview content is: (1) foreign language listening and speaking ability test. This paper focuses on the ability of candidates to communicate in listening and speaking in a foreign language, mainly from the aspects of correctness of pronunciation, accuracy of language use, fluency, understanding and judgment. (2) comprehensive quality interview. Focus on examining and testing candidates' scientific research foundation, scientific research potential, humanistic quality, comprehensive quality and comprehensive ability.

Sixth, enrollment.
The school determines the list of candidates to be admitted according to the candidates' initial and re-examination results, academic performance, scientific research or work performance, ideological and political performance (including candidates' conduct), professional quality and physical health.
Seven, academic system and tuition fees
Full-time full-time doctoral students study for 3 years, with a maximum study period of 6 years. According to the Notice on Issues Concerning the Establishment of Postgraduate Tuition in Our District (Xinfa Gaifa [2014] No.244), the standard for doctoral students to pay tuition fees within the academic system is 7500 yuan/student year, and accommodation fees are exempted within the academic system.
Eight, the reward system
(1) Scholarships and grants
1. Full-time doctoral students can enjoy the following scholarships within the academic system:
(1) National grant: RMB 15000 per student per year.
(2) School grant: 12000 yuan/year.
(3) Academic scholarship: 7,000 yuan/year per capita.
(4) National Scholarship: 30,000 yuan/student/year, and the number of winners shall be subject to the appropriation of the Ministry of Education in that year.
2. Implement the appointment system of "teaching assistant, research assistant and management assistant". Graduate tutors grant research grants to full-time doctoral students, and the amount of research grants is 12000 yuan/year.
(2) Project funds. Doctoral students can apply for university-level and provincial-level scientific research and innovation projects during their studies.
Nine, physical examination
Candidates are requested to attend the physical examination organized by the school on time. The physical examination hospital is the hospital of Tarim University. Physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities revised by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation. Those who fail the medical examination will not be admitted.
