Qingdao CCCC headquarters base is 207.7 meters high. According to relevant public information, the CCCC South Headquarters Base project is located in the riverside plot between Luoxi Bridge and Xinguang Bridge in Haizhu District, Guangzhou, on the west side of the end of the southern section of the central axis of the new town in Haizhu District, Guangzhou, south of Li Jiao Village, south of the Pearl River and east of Xinsha Island in the South China Sea. The project is divided into three areas: A, B and C. Area A of CCCC South Headquarters Base is the headquarters building, with a building area of 6.5438+0.54 million square meters and a building height of 207.7 meters, including 3 floors underground and 43 floors above ground. The headquarters building is designed as a two-star green building, and many advanced technologies such as structural laminated columns, water source heat pump variable refrigerant flow multi-connected air conditioning and so on are adopted. After the project is completed, it will become a new landmark at the southern end of the city and a new image along the Pearl River. On August 28th, 20 13, the main structure of Area A of CCCC South Headquarters Base Project was capped.
