The specific discount depends on different real estate conditions.

According to the policy, the children of those who buy new commercial housing can enjoy the same treatment as the children of local property buyers, receive compulsory education and attend school nearby.

According to the "Draft for Comment", if the city purchases new commercial housing outside Meizhou City and deposits housing provident fund in other places, it can apply for individual housing provident fund loans to the county (district) housing provident fund management institution where it is filed. Meishan housing provident fund management institutions provide high-quality and efficient services, optimize processes, streamline data, improve efficiency, and make all loans in place.

In addition, those who purchase new commercial housing and incorporate it into the local basic public health service system and have participated in the basic medical insurance in Meishan City will enjoy treatment according to the relevant policies of medical insurance in Meishan City.
