The functional departments of Canton Fair

Commercial office: organize and arrange import and export transactions, be responsible for foreign trade policy research and situation analysis, and guide import and export transaction statistics; Guide the evaluation of the exhibition effect of the Canton Fair, and study and formulate the exhibition organization work plan of the Canton Fair; Organize research on the reform and development of Canton Fair.
Foreign affairs office: responsible for the organization and arrangement of foreign exchanges and foreign affairs activities of the Canton Fair. Including arranging foreign affairs activities led by the fair; Receiving foreign governments and economic and trade delegations invited to visit; Invite or assist in inviting foreign speakers, officials of embassies in China, representatives of chambers of commerce or companies to participate in the above-mentioned relevant meetings held during the fair.
Political work office: responsible for the organization, management and coordination of the ideological and political work of the Canton Fair; Responsible for checking the illegal transfer and reselling of booths.
