Then, I talked with a friend who was doing career counseling. The location of the consultation was in a coffee shop I was familiar with, and I suddenly felt very cordial. In the process of this exchange, I realized that I was still not active enough, and I had been expecting something to push me forward, such as getting a teacher qualification certificate, and then moving on to the next step. The fact is, my life should be in my own hands. Even if I don't have a teacher qualification certificate, I can be a teacher first.

This consultation also made me realize that my scope of consideration is too small. I thought my goal was the junior high school in this school at my doorstep. In fact, I can consider a wide range, both primary and secondary schools and universities. When you think about it, you feel that the road of teachers is getting wider and wider.

During this period, I went back to my hometown. In the process of contact with relatives and friends, I mentioned that I want to change careers as a teacher. I was surprised to learn that my relatives' friends are junior high school math teachers in a middle school and excellent teachers in the country. Really, once you want to do something, the whole world will help you.

So, I quickly contacted this teacher Zhu to learn more about my real teaching career. Listening to teacher Zhu sharing many stories with her students, I deeply realized the importance of educating people. Back in Changsha, I began to collect information non-stop. Every region is recruiting teachers, but most of me are not qualified to apply, because almost all of them need at least one year's teaching experience, but Changsha County does not need teaching experience.

My application for 1 teacher started with the application for teacher establishment in Changsha County. Because there is no junior high school mathematics post in the city, I applied for primary school mathematics, and began to review after applying for it, with only 10 days for preparing for the exam. Fortunately, we only need to test the subject knowledge, but there is no designated scope at all, so we can only review all the mathematics knowledge from primary school to university. After that, I will take the time to watch the course and do the topic, take the time to nurse and take care of the baby, and take the time to do the real problem. The score in the last two days is only over 50 points.

On the day of the exam, I didn't know where I got my confidence, but I walked into the examination room calmly. After the exam, everyone generally found it difficult. To select 200 candidates from more than 1600 primary school mathematics candidates to enter the interview, of course, it is necessary to use difficult problems to separate them.

The result of the exam was in my expectation, 55 points, the score needs to reach 6 1 to enter the interview, so I lost the only opportunity to compile the exam this year. However, when I saw the results of entering the next round of the list, I knew very well that if I took the exam again next year, I would definitely be admitted.

Since we failed in the exam this year, let's start by hiring a teacher. I sent resumes to several good schools, but I haven't received any news yet. So I took the initiative to call my favorite school to ask about the situation. As a result, they said that the school 1 round of recruitment had ended.

Why didn't I receive the written notice? Later, I learned that there were many schools, and I failed the first time I submitted my resume. I am not a normal major and have no relevant teaching experience, which is my achilles heel.

In the process of preparing for the job, I am also writing teaching plans and exercises for junior high school mathematics and primary school mathematics. My goal is clearly junior high school, why should I prepare for primary school mathematics? Because in the process of submitting my resume, I found that there are far more math teachers in primary schools than in junior high schools.

The most important thing for me now is to enter the education industry. Once I enter this industry and know the rules of this industry, I believe I can do well.

The first school I went to was a good local primary school. Successfully passed the written test and entered the interview. Then prepare lessons and try to give lectures. I was a little nervous in front of seven serious judges, but I finished it anyway. The first lecture, the score given by the judges is 72.67, failing.

The second school is junior high school. The night before school, I found a senior junior high school math teacher to give me a lecture and got some very valuable suggestions. The next day, I tried to talk about the ninth grade course that was completely unprepared. The trial was not effective, but it failed.

The latter two schools are both good local primary schools, and the overall situation is similar. They talked well with the teacher during the interview, and the effect of the trial was not ideal. When I left, a school teacher gave me a suggestion about writing on the blackboard, which made me deeply realize that mathematics is a very rigorous subject, and writing must not be arbitrary, otherwise it would probably mislead children.

As for the fifth school I went to, I went to a college to take a written test. There is no news about this school at present, but it is far from home, so I will not consider it in the future.

No.6 Middle School is an ordinary primary school, which compiles its own teaching contents. Isn't that what I'm good at? Just like writers, directors, and acting. A teaching video is about telling me that I have learned three subjects, revised them and practiced them dozens of times. After the trial, I knew I could get the OFFER, and I really got it.

I wanted to have a better choice, so I went to No.7 Middle School, a very good local private school. At that time, an interviewer was the principal. After listening to my experience, the headmaster thinks I am very suitable to be a computer teacher. It happened that there was a job demand in the school that was not openly recruited, so I became a junior high school computer teacher.

On the one hand, computers are not as stressful as math, and on the other hand, they are more in line with my IT working experience for so many years. It is really a good choice.

If you ask me, will I switch to being a math teacher? I'm not sure about that. I will become a people's teacher first. As for what to teach, I think it is far more important to have a positive impact on children's lives than knowledge itself.

This career change process also made me realize for the first time that ability is very important and luck is also very important. When you want it enough, when you keep acting, good luck will follow.
