On March 18, 2006, "Liang Jing Studio" hosted the second seminar in a series of "Review and Prospect of Economics Education in China". This seminar is a continuation of the seminar held on June 27th, 2005, with the theme of "Modern Economics Education: Inheritance and Personality Manifestation". At the meeting, Professor Stiglitz from Columbia University, Professor Lin Yifu from Peking University Economic Research Center, Professor Yang Ruilong from School of Economics of China Renmin University, Professor Hu Angang from Tsinghua University National Situation Research Center, Professor Wang Yijiang from Business School of University of Minnesota, distinguished professor Huang Haizhou from Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management, Li Daokui, Director of China and World Economic Research Center in Tsinghua, and Professor Zhou Liqun from School of Economics of Nankai University participated in the discussion.

On June 27th, 2005, "Liang Jing Studio" and other eight units jointly launched a seminar on "Retrospect and Prospect of Economics Education in China" to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the publication of Economic Science Translation Series. The seminar revolved around four themes: the training system of economics education, the teaching content system of economics, the faculty system of economics, and the resource sharing system among universities. Speakers include 25 well-known domestic scholars and educators, including Chen, Li, Liang Jing.

On March 6th, 2004, Liang Jing Studio held a seminar on "Financial Innovation and Macroeconomic Risks". Robert Shiller, a famous American economist, was invited to give a keynote speech entitled "China and the development of world financial markets". On September 23rd, 2003, "Liang Jing Studio" held a financial forum on "China and East Asia: Prospects for Financial Cooperation". Scholars from China, the United States and Japan are invited to discuss issues such as economic globalization and East Asian financial cooperation, East Asian financial market cooperation mechanism, and East Asian monetary cooperation mechanism, so as to explore the future of China and East Asian finance.
