Fifth housing levy implementation units entrusted by the housing levy department, specifically undertake the following housing levy and compensation work:
(a) to conduct a preliminary investigation on the ownership, location, use and construction area of houses within the scope of house expropriation;
(two) to negotiate with the expropriated person on the compensation for house expropriation;
(three) the specific organization and implementation of the housing levy assessment and the surveying and mapping institutions selected by the expropriated person;
(four) according to the demolition of houses and ancillary facilities;
(five) other housing expropriation and compensation work entrusted by the housing expropriation department.
The implementation unit of house expropriation shall not be for profit. Construction units, for-profit real estate development companies, property management companies and other legal persons and other organizations shall not be entrusted to become the implementation units of house expropriation, nor shall they have investment (capital) or investment (capital) relations with the implementation units of house expropriation.
