In order to really use my knowledge, I am very strict with myself to do everything well, even if it is simple, I will seriously consider it several times. So although it is unpleasant, I can guarantee to satisfy my colleagues. Colleagues are generally not in a hurry. They arrange the tasks and give them to me, and at the same time provide some help from time to time. When you are familiar with it, it will become easier and easier to do things. The first week of internship, I can simply sum it up in a few words, that is: see more, ask more, observe more and think more! the next day
With the deepening of the internship, I also entered the state. I started to contact some businesses independently, and my boss knew that I was a novice, so at first I mainly let me communicate with customers by phone. Now start talking to customers. You should be able to understand customers' intentions well, and at the same time accurately convey the company's requirements and ideas and information related to the company's products to customers. This requires me to be quite familiar with the company's own business processes and product characteristics. So I get up early every day and prepare some materials that I have consulted at any time. Of course, it would be better if you could put the information in your mind this time. Read it several times when you have time and recite it slowly. The work is still going on smoothly. Usually I have to accept a lot of voice communication every day. The voice is generally short, so I just need to make some brief introduction. Of course, some customers or partners need more detailed information, so I need to describe the whole situation and try to let them know more about our products. The most important thing is to make them feel that our products are excellent. The price is also very competitive. Although I think my eloquence is not good, I can describe things clearly, which also makes my customers or partners very satisfied. And every time I hang up, I am satisfied with the customer and feel very practical. Although I am already thirsty, I think I may have reached an agreement with them, even though it is difficult. Work is very hard, especially at the end of the day, I have a lot of pronunciation, and I can't rest until the holiday. It's easy to get confused when you know more friends. Fortunately, my colleagues were there to remind me that they helped me more often and I helped them sometimes. Helping each other also makes it easier to solve problems. It is difficult to do it alone, but it is easy to do it together. I am very satisfied with my work during this period.
the third day
I went to the conference room today. There is no secretary here, so I have to be a secretary. I used to work as a clerk and front desk at this time. The marketing manager is there to give a meeting to the sales staff. Here, I know what network marketing is all about, and I also know the work of these salesmen. After the meeting, I had some opinions of my own. It seems that the quality of these salesmen is not very high, and their understanding of their products is not deep enough, and their understanding of the network is not enough. As our unit, we should stabilize the original sales staff, develop new sales staff, avoid brain drain after training, which is not good for the unit, and let the sales staff realize the importance of attending these training meetings.
