What is the level of Chengdu Du Ge?

Ministerial level Du Ge, Chengdu is Jing Ying, a staff member of Chengdu Market Supervision Bureau, with ministerial status. Chengdu, referred to as "Rong" for short, is also called Rongcheng and Jincheng.
