I. Conditions of use of the product
1. The refund policy of Shijiazhuang Airport Air Rail Express products is limited to passengers who transfer on the same day or the next day, and the free accommodation policy is limited to passengers who transfer on the next day.
2. Passengers who take the second-class train tickets between Beijing, Zhuozhou, Gaobeidian, Handan, Taiyuan, Yangquan, Zhengzhou and Anyang and Zhengding Airport Station can apply for refund. The fare is higher than the second-class fare of the train, and the difference is borne by the guests themselves. If the fare is lower than that of the second-class seat, the refund formalities shall be handled according to the actual fare.
3. Passengers who take the trains between Beijing, Zhuozhou, Gaobeidian, Handan, Taiyuan, Yangquan, Zhengzhou and Anyang to Shijiazhuang will be reimbursed according to the second-class fare standard of EMU (D prefix) between the above areas and Zhengding Airport. If the face price is higher than the reimbursement standard, the difference shall be borne by the guests themselves. If the fare is lower than the reimbursement standard, the refund formalities shall be handled according to the actual fare.
4. Passengers can't print their boarding pass due to flight delay or cancellation, so they need to keep a copy of the flight delay and cancellation certificate as the basis for the refund of train tickets.
5. Passengers need to buy high-speed rail tickets and air tickets according to their itinerary. Upon arrival at the high-speed rail terminal of Shijiazhuang Airport, you can apply for refund at the designated counter with your boarding pass (if you can't print your boarding pass, you can show your travel travel itinerary or ticket face and affix the official seal of the customer service department of Airport Group), ID card and the original high-speed rail ticket.
6. The connection time between air transport and railway transport is the day after the individual, and the airport provides free accommodation for one night (excluding meals).
7. Individual passengers with train tickets between Beijing, Zhuozhou, Gaobeidian, Handan, Taiyuan, Yangquan, Zhengzhou, Anyang and Shijiazhuang can apply for free accommodation according to the regulations of the above areas and Zhengding Airport Station.

1. B, air transfer railway passenger service process
1.
