Hebei Haiyan Museum is located in the middle section of Bohai Road, Huanghua City, Hebei Province. Hebei Haiyan Museum is the first salt museum in Hebei Province and the museum with the largest amount of information in China at present. Huanghua has a long history of salt production, and has the advantage of "fish and salt dominate the world" since ancient times. It is the main producing area of Luchang Yantian in Cangzhou, which is the largest Yantian in China, accounting for about a quarter of the total sea salt production in China. This city has the ancient salt-making site of Haifeng Town, a "national security" unit. Haifeng Town was the largest port in the north during the Song and Jin Dynasties. Architectural composition
Hebei Haiyan Museum is an antique building with three floors. The courtyard is Suzhou garden-style, with waterside terraces, rockery and bamboo, winding cloisters and elegant environment. The exhibition hall covers an area of more than 2,000 square meters, and an open-air large-scale interactive exhibition hall of 800 square meters has been built.

Preface Hall and Huaxia Salt Trace Exhibition Hall. In the form of bas-reliefs, the Preface Hall focuses on the legends and stories related to the four major salt species in China in stages, showing 20 major events in the history of China and the distribution of salt in contemporary China. Starting with the archaeology of salt industry, Huaxia Salt Museum gradually shows the development process of salt production in China from boiling sea to drying up, the complicated salt policies and wars in past dynasties, and the colorful salt culture. Through a large number of scenes, such as Hainan Stone Sun, Zhejiang Bansun, Changlutansun, Mangkangsun, Xiajiangnan and so on. Yan Zhenqing sculpture and advanced multimedia technology vividly reproduce the grand occasion of salt making in ancient China and reflect the influence of salt merchants on China's architecture and culture.
The second floor of Hebei Haiyan Museum is the "Exhibition Hall of Contemporary Salt Industry"
The production status of various salt species in contemporary China is displayed, and the salt production and salt chemical industry in the main salt-producing provinces and salt fields in China are emphatically introduced. A large number of salt products and salt chemical products from all over the country were exhibited, and the current situation of major salt fields in China was demonstrated through video on demand.
