2. The parties can carry household registration book, ID card, household agreement, etc. And consult the local police station staff in advance, subject to the other party's reply.
1. According to the Regulations on Household Registration in People's Republic of China (PRC), household registration shall meet the following conditions:
1, I am an adult and financially independent;
2. There is no separation between husband and wife, minor children and parents;
3, do not live with the head of the household, have a separate house and a clear door, household and license address;
4, township, village, group agreed to household proof.
Two, if it is necessary to separate households, but also need to provide the following materials:

4, to the civil affairs department to apply for a clear house number, account name, address.
5. The householder and the party concerned shall bring the household registration book, my ID card and the above-mentioned documents and materials, and send them to the jurisdiction where the household registration is located, and register in registered permanent residence according to the staff's prompt.
