Contractor HSE management 5. 1 The contractor shall abide by the national laws, regulations, rules and standards related to HSE, as well as the HSE management system, regulations and prohibitions of Xinjiang Kuishan Baota Petrochemical Co., Ltd. 5.2 For the project undertaken by the contractor, the engineering management department and the contractor must sign a contract in accordance with the Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), which shall include HSE clauses and be reported to the safety and environmental protection review for countersigning. The validity period of the Factory Entry Certificate shall be synchronized with the construction period, and shall not exceed one year at the longest. 5.9. 1 The safety and environmental protection department of the company is responsible for the safety education at the factory level.
