1. Open the WeChat "Sweep" according to the relevant public information, scan the QR code of the medical post (below), or search for the official WeChat account of "Medical Post".
2. After entering the official WeChat account, click "Email Application" and then click "Email Medical Record".
3. After selecting a hospital in the "Medical Record Mailing" interface, fill in the hospitalization information, mailing address, upload photos for verification, pay the mailing fee and submit it in turn.
4. Check the hospital audit status in "My Application".
