Who is Nalan?

Nalan, a native of Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, was originally named Li Yi, a Manchu father and a Han mother. He graduated from the Department of Acoustics and Songs of China Conservatory of Music, and studied under the famous vocal educator Zhu Wei and Professor Zou Wenqin of China Conservatory of Music. Originally a young singer of the Comrades' Art Troupe of the Political Department of Beijing Military Region, she is now an artist of Beijing Art Tang Sheng International Culture Development Co., Ltd., and is well known to the audience with a unique masterpiece "I Love Mei Lanfang".
