Two, motor vehicles outside the main city within the administrative area of Chongqing:
(1) The owner of a motor vehicle shall apply in writing and apply for a new traffic information card with his/her ID card (the unit vehicle needs to apply for a fresh stamp) and motor vehicle driving license at the vehicle management agency of the public security traffic management department.
(2) If the original card contains the annual fee information of Luqiao in the main city, the motor vehicle owner must fill in the annual fee information of Luqiao in Chongqing with a new card, a copy of the motor vehicle driving license and a copy of the effective annual fee receipt.
