1, career planning: I was a sales consultant when I switched to consulting industry. I made it clear that my personal career goals are lean consultants and technical experts. Through the efforts of 1 year, I won the trust of leaders, successfully transformed into the industry, knew my future path, and persisted in moving forward for more than ten years.
2. Continuous reading: read lean-related books every day, take notes, read at least one book and classic books repeatedly every week, turn the knowledge in the book into courseware teaching, further upgrade the implementation measures and verify the knowledge. In my spare time, I always have books in my hand.
3, record summary: always bring a notebook when communicating with customers and teachers, which has an enlightening record and understanding of important classic vocabulary. Important exchange meetings, record and repeatedly extract knowledge points and learn valuable practical experience.
4. Selfless sharing: The best way to learn is sharing. Open communication will promote self-thinking, deepen memory and force further study. The quickest way to be better than others is to cultivate competitors, not monopolize the lead.
5. Practice by yourself: Before investigating a company, you have more information than the company itself. For example: draw process flow chart, analyze equipment characteristics, portrait of personnel skills, calculate inventory turnover rate, profit, gap with industry benchmark enterprises, per capita efficiency, layout, value flow chart, product composition, component supplier level, enterprise pain points, future improvement direction and so on. Need to have the ability to search information, a lot of practical case experience, the analysis and application of lean tools, etc. Homework is well prepared, but before entering the enterprise, I basically know how to change and realize the improvement of operating profit. Finally, through the project practice, the previous analysis and closed-loop management are verified.
