Zhuji City is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Zhejiang Province, which is managed by Shaoxing City. Shaoxing City governs Yuecheng District, Keqiao District, Shangyu District, Zhuji City, Shengzhou City, Xinchang County and other areas. Although Zhuji belongs to Shaoxing, Zhuji people usually only refer to themselves as Zhuji people in Zhejiang Province when introducing themselves, without adding the word "Shaoxing".
