Can the delivery room be bought and sold?
It can be sold according to law, but it needs to meet certain conditions, or it can be traded after a period of time. According to Article 3 of the Administrative Measures for Purchasing Public Housing by Central Units in Beijing, the purchasing of public housing by central units in Beijing follows the principles of unified market, designated agents, convenience for employees and systematic supervision.
Article 4. The State Council Municipal Organs Administration Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the Municipal State Administration Bureau) and the Central directly under the authority Administration Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the Zhongzhi Administration Bureau) are the departments in charge of the purchase of public houses by central units in Beijing, and are responsible for the organization, implementation, supervision and inspection of these measures.
The State Administration Bureau and Zhongzhi Administration Bureau set up the Housing Transaction Office of the central and state organs in Beijing (hereinafter referred to as the Transaction Office), which is responsible for providing information services and policy advice such as housing files for the public housing purchased by the central units in Beijing, supervising the transaction activities, collecting and recording the transaction results and feeding them back to the original property units and the units where employees work.
Article 5. The trading office shall select three or more qualified real estate intermediaries as the designated trading agency services for the central government to purchase public houses listed in Beijing (hereinafter referred to as designated trading agencies) and undertake the agency services for the central government to purchase public houses listed in Beijing.
