Under the background of the development of educational informatization, the space for professional development of information technology teachers includes three aspects: promoting professional development from the perspective of serving students with informatization, that is, improving the teaching methods of information technology from the perspective of information technology teaching. Information technology teachers must change the previous concept of teaching computer operation, pay attention to the teaching process and methods, and pay attention to cultivating students' information literacy. In this regard, information technology teachers need to have an insight into the essential characteristics of the information society and make up for and improve their own knowledge structure according to the specific requirements of the new curriculum standards.
Promote professional development from the service of subject informatization: that is, improve the design and guidance ability of informatization teaching from the integration of information technology and curriculum. At present, information technology teachers can only provide low-level technical operation help for subject teachers to integrate courses, and have not reached the height of guidance and design. In this context, if information technology teachers want to be recognized and respected by teachers in other disciplines, they should give full play to their professional expertise and be able to plan and design various high-quality information-based teaching for other disciplines.
Promote professional development from the aspect of serving school informatization: that is, improve the design and planning ability of school informatization development from the perspective of system decision-making ability. The development trend of school informatization provides a broad living space for the professional development of information technology teachers. This requires information technology teachers to further cultivate their own information system planning ability and management ability, and assist school leaders to plan the information development of the school.
The second trick: creative, so I am irreplaceable.
With the further improvement of school informatization, many ordinary teachers can independently complete such "difficult" activities as courseware making. Now, technology has become a secondary factor, and creativity is the most commendable. What is even more worrying is that information technology teaching is full of randomness and disorder, so that some people think that information technology teachers only need to manage equipment well.
I think information technology teachers should think about the following questions if they want to find their own value orientation:
One is the improvement of personal professional and technical level. One of the characteristics of information technology is that knowledge is updated quickly, and it is necessary to learn some new skills in advance, which is the basic skill of "eating".
The second is the understanding of information technology courses. We should deeply understand and think about the connotation of information technology education, not just its content arrangement. Content is just a carrier, bearing the information literacy, emotional experience, inquiry habits and even aesthetic ability that students hope to acquire. As teachers, we should try our best to explore, expand and enrich the connotation of the information technology course, instead of just understanding it as a "technology" course. I think, as an aspiring information technology teacher, I should try my best to give you an organized, meaningful and interesting information technology class and regain the teaching dignity of information technology class.
The third is to foresee the process of educational informatization. Firstly, the intelligent robot project is introduced into the information technology course. This is a new field of information technology education, and information technology teachers will have a broad world for research and exploration. In the near future, all grades will cancel specialized information technology courses, and instead, at least one subject such as Chinese, mathematics and common sense will be taught in online classes once a week. Internet and computer have really become teaching and learning tools. Our teachers and students have expressed strong appeals, and many of them have already started to practice.
If curriculum integration is a trend, then, our information technology teacher, do you have the comprehensive quality you deserve? Can you transfer smoothly? In my opinion, information technology teachers must have a strong sense of crisis, adjust their career trends in time, often participate in the teaching and research of other disciplines, and even take the initiative to join other disciplines and actively try to integrate information technology with other disciplines. Only in this way can we turn passivity into initiative, continue to be a pioneer in the new classroom teaching practice, and become a beacon in the hearts of school leaders, teachers and students. I always believe that an enterprising teacher will not be laid off, and a teacher who has been studying, thinking, researching and practicing will not be laid off. First, a good teacher. Being a good teacher is the basic requirement for every teacher and the common wish of every teacher. Information technology teachers must master rich subject knowledge, skillful use skills and exquisite classroom teaching art, so that students can enjoy in your classroom, learn knowledge and master skills in your teaching, and have a strong interest in information technology.
Second, good partners. Modern education advocates every teacher to actively use modern educational technology. However, because the professional training of teachers in China is relatively backward, many teachers don't know much about information technology and how to use it, and some even don't understand it at all. Information technology teachers are blessed in this respect. They should make full use of their professional knowledge to do something tangible for their colleagues, such as helping to do some courseware and training, so that your colleagues can gradually master information technology with their own help.
Third, master. It is common for information technology teachers to do computer maintenance and typist in schools, which is an inevitable phenomenon in the process of information technology popularization. With the information technology being mastered by more teachers, I believe this phenomenon will gradually disappear. But at this initial stage, information technology teachers have the obligation to undertake these tasks. In addition, information technology teachers should attach importance to the social and service functions of information technology in classroom teaching and combine classroom teaching with the central activities of the school.
The fifth measure: face the reality and be proactive.
Many information technology teachers complain that the work is too complicated. At present, the positions suitable for computer teachers in various schools include teachers, network management, courseware making and other audio-visual education work. Some teachers will try their best to undertake the work assigned by the school. In fact, everyone should communicate with the school leaders at the beginning of their work and clarify their division of labor with other teachers.
If you are a teacher, you should take good classes, lead students in computer competitions and write your own teaching papers, which are enough for you to do. If you want to be a network administrator, you should at least be familiar with the basic knowledge of network management and master a network programming language such as ASP, ASP.NET, PHP and JSP. And do experiments on their own school website and put them into operation. If you want to be an audio-visual teacher making courseware, you should practice software such as FALSH and AUTHWARE. Isn't there a national and provincial teacher-made courseware appraisal activity every year? In fact, it is still a word, face the reality and be proactive!
The sixth trick: be a scholar-type teacher
In addition to teaching, I also undertake the work of teaching and research staff in the information technology teaching and research section of the school, responsible for the teaching and research of information technology in the whole school and the integration of information technology and disciplines. And this is exactly what I have been paying attention to and studying in recent years. As an information technology teacher, I think we should first improve our information literacy and devote ourselves to studying the characteristics of the information technology discipline itself. We should not confuse information technology with other basic disciplines, nor should we mechanically copy the teaching methods of other disciplines. The informationization work of the school has a long way to go. Many leaders' ideas are not new enough, and they don't know much about information technology and educational informatization. They have spent energy and financial resources to build a hardware environment, but they don't know the maintenance and consumption of these hardware, and they don't know what effect these things will make. Therefore, I personally think that school leaders should constantly strengthen their understanding, and information technology teachers should also communicate with leaders well, so that the road under the feet of information technology teachers will be wider and wider!
