2. Houses rented by employees should have legal ownership. If the house they rent has no legal ownership, they will not be rented out.

When extracting through the online lobby and APP, the system requires employees to input information related to the rented house, including: the address of the rented house, the lease term, the monthly rent, the landlord's name, the landlord's ID number, the landlord's mobile phone number, the nature of the house and the area of the house. If you handle it at the counter, you can fill in the "Rental Housing Information Fill-in Form" directly at the front desk.

3. The proof of no room is verified by the staff. If the verification result is inconsistent with the employee's claim or cannot be verified, the employee shall be notified to provide corresponding evidence. For example, the system inquires that there is a house under the employee's family name, but the employee says that there is no house or there is a house but it has been sold. The employee can go to the real estate bureau and the real estate registration center to issue a certificate or provide relevant certification materials for selling the property.

Legal basis: During the lease-out period of one year retroactively from the date of issuance of the certificate of no housing, the number of months of lease-out and the conditions for continuous payment of the provident fund in Haikou shall be determined according to the following principles:

(1) If the employee's deposit place has not changed within the validity period, it is determined that the deposit place of the housing provident fund is his rental place, and the actual rental months shall not exceed the deposit months.

(2) If the employee's deposit place changes during the validity period, the rental place shall be determined according to the deposit place, and the actual number of months that can be extracted from the rental house shall not exceed the number of months that the location determines the rental place; If deposits are made in two or more cities and counties at the same time in the same month, resulting in new deposits, the rental conditions will still be determined according to the original continuous deposits, regardless of the new deposits.

(3) If an employee stops paying wages within the validity period, the rental place during the period of stopping paying wages shall be determined as the continuous deposit place before stopping paying wages, and the months of stopping paying wages can be included in the actual rental months.

(4) The precondition that employees need to pay in full for three months in a row to handle the lease withdrawal business refers to the deposit behavior that employees pay for three months in a row every month when applying for lease withdrawal. Repayment is not recognized as a continuous deposit.

The withdrawal amount of the rented house dating back to one year from the date of issuance of the certificate of no room shall not exceed 10800 yuan.

In principle, rent withdrawal shall be handled once a year.
