Connect a windows computer on the cloud platform, and the CD-ROM drive can be used normally. Suspected to be a UOS system problem, there are several possible suspicious directions: USB interface power supply problem, adaptation problem and so on.

Kern.log clearly shows that the USB device has been recognized. By comparing the device ID, you can confirm that the information is correct. The USB mass storage device detected in the subsequent prompt can be determined as a driving problem. USB core: USB-storage still can't try other interfaces after registering a new interface driver, resulting in repeated disconnection. Users are advised to consult thin terminal manufacturers and cloud desktop manufacturers to investigate the driving problems.
