Community Education in Sanyu Town

Sanyu Town aims to organize the whole people to build a learning township, takes the town adult school as the main body, integrates resources such as Party School, Association for Science and Technology, cultural station, sports fitness center, activity center for veteran cadres, rural youth work base and agricultural education demonstration base, and has established Sanyu Town Community Education Center and Town Community Education Management Committee. Community education is divided into four aspects: school and family, health and sanitation, science and technology culture, and leisure for the elderly. Since the establishment of the center, party member has comprehensively carried out activities such as cadre education, marriage education, old-age education and national defense education, and trained 5 1600 farmers; Farmers' websites publish more than 200 pieces of information about getting rich and more than 50 pieces of farmers' practical technology/kloc-0. Electronic libraries and 10 bookstores in Nantong and Jinsha share resources, communicate regularly and innovate constantly. At the same time, the center has carried out a wide range of cultural and sports activities loved by the masses, and the art troupe has written and performed its own cultural programs, giving more than 200 performances at the grassroots level. Community residents were also organized to hold 150 chess, card and ball games. In 2007, Sanyu Town selected 1600 learning families and 36 learning enterprises, and passed the acceptance of Tongzhou Community Education Center. Sanyu Town Community Education Center also plays the role of the education front of the town's adult schools, and takes the form of self-run practical workshops, directional order training, practice of school-enterprise marriage, etc., focusing on rural labor transfer training to help the masses start businesses. Jiang Hui, a 24-year-old from Hongxing Village, was hired by Julie Taxation Office in Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone after attending computer application training. Cai, a villager in Dale Village, founded Jin Xin Home Textiles through job transfer training. Sanyu Town Adult School has trained more than 6,200 students, one fifth of whom have started their own businesses, and the rest have been recruited to enterprises with corresponding skills.
