If the layout of a city is reasonable and scientific, this place will develop well in all aspects. On the other hand, all aspects are difficult to develop, and even hinder the development of society. Therefore, the rational planning and layout of cities is one of the foundations of social development. It can even be said that planning to guide development and functional layout is an important scientific support for orderly promoting urban economic and social development.
As a part of Shunde central city, Lunjiao is facing new opportunities and challenges. How does Lunjiao become a modern city? What are the problems in the layout of Lunjiao at present? How to plan in the future? With these questions, we traveled all over the city of Lunjiao, learned about the situation on the spot, and visited the planning department of Lunjiao Land Institute and some factories. The following is our preliminary understanding.

(A) the development of the urban layout of the Diocese of Lun.
More than a decade ago, there was basically no planning and layout in Lunjiao Town, and the town was basically not separated from the countryside. At that time, the market was located on both sides of the road, which was the most primitive open-air market, so that pedestrians and vehicles passing through the market had to swing from side to side to pass or bypass, causing serious traffic jams, bringing rotten vegetables and rotten fruits, and the smell of pork and fish everywhere, which affected the appearance of the town. In addition, there are no large shopping malls, no centralized business districts, few commercial outlets and small scale; The roads are few and narrow ... all this means that there was basically no concept of reasonable layout in Lunjiao at that time. However, after more than ten years' development, the face of Lunjiao City has undergone fundamental changes. First of all, the road market was cleared up, and the large-scale and full-variety Lunjiao market, Dongning market and Yan Ge market were built. In addition, the infrastructure is gradually improved, the roads are more and more developed, and there are more and more buses. The intensive industrial zone of Lunjiao has been planned, and the economic development has gradually developed from extensive to intensive, and the layout of Lunjiao has gradually moved towards standardization and rationalization.
(2) The rationality of the urban layout of the Diocese of Lun.
Observing the layout map of Lunjiao city, we can find that the layout of Lunjiao is gradually moving towards standardization and rationalization.
1, Dongning residential area is far from the industrial zone and close to the commercial center, with newly-built Donggui Road and Xinjing Road. With convenient transportation, beautiful parks, beautiful environment and low noise, there is a supporting Dongning market nearby. The roads in the area are wide, vertically and horizontally distributed, and the floors are highly unified and patchwork, which is a model of good layout of the community. According to Mr. Chen from the Planning Department of Lunjiao Land Institute, in the next decade, Chengnan District will become a new residential area with commercial streets. Here, a riverside greening park will be built along the Dayong River, forming a beautiful landscape, and infrastructure such as Lunjiao Bridge, Nanyuan Road, Xincheng Road, Huixian Middle School and new hospital will be built. Because of good planning and beautiful environment, the development prospect here is good.
2. The business district of Lunjiao is concentrated in the area from Lunjiao Edward J.M.Rhoads Center to the big market and gymnasium. There are several expressway roads leading to the National Highway 105, which together with the International Woodworking Machinery Mall next to the Guangzhou-Zhuhai Highway form the largest commercial center in Lunjiao, close to developed traffic and residential areas, with good layout.
3. The overall planning of Lunjiao Industrial Zone, which is located to the east of Guangzhou-Zhuhai Highway, is good, separated from residential areas and commercial areas, which has little impact on residents' lives, developed transportation and convenient external contact, and is conducive to product export and raw material input.
(3) Problems existing in the layout.
The function of the industrial zone has not been fully reflected. Many garment factories, timber factories, furniture factories and stone factories are scattered around some residential areas and main roads, which not only cause serious noise pollution, but also cause serious traffic problems. For example, Laolunyang Road has narrow pavement, many factories on both sides and many parked vehicles, which makes the whole road very crowded, causing traffic congestion and frequent traffic accidents. In the plan, we didn't find the reconstruction of the old Lunyang Road. We think that in town planning, we should not only build new roads, but not pay attention to the reconstruction of some roads with narrow roads but more vehicles.
According to our on-the-spot investigation, there are some seriously polluted factories between the industrial area and the residential area in Yan Ge, and the air pollution is the most serious. When people pass these factories, they all feel uncomfortable breathing, and they should move to Lunjiao Industrial Zone as soon as possible. However, there are also problems in industrial areas. There is more garbage under trees on both sides of the road, less green belts in the area and imperfect management.
The residential area around the parish office of Lun has convenient transportation, close to the city center, and there is a Lunjiao cultural square nearby, where residents can do morning exercises, take a walk or organize large-scale cultural programs. However, because the north is close to the Guangzhou-Zhuhai Highway and the east is close to the overpass, the traffic noise caused by heavy traffic has a great impact on residents' lives and people's safety, so it is not very reasonable.
In addition, according to our field investigation and interview, most of the newly-built commercial houses have one feature. The first floor is used as shops, such as the Royal Plaza, Century Plaza, Huatingxuan and other commodity buildings. Although it may be convenient for residents to shop, it will also bring traffic congestion, social security, noise and other problems, which will seriously affect residents' daily life.
Third, thinking about the future planning of Luntang District.
According to the plan of Lunjiao, a expressway of West Guangzhou-Zhuhai will be built at the junction of Lunjiao and Liu Le, and a Avenue of Lungui will be built in Lunjiao District. Although it will occupy some farmland, the quantity is not large. When completed, it will greatly ease the current busy traffic situation of Guangzhou-Zhuhai Highway, relieve the pressure of Guangzhou-Zhuhai Highway, enhance the traffic accessibility of Lunjiao, and bring great benefits to the economic development of Lunjiao. In addition, the subway around the Pearl River Delta planned by the provincial government will pass through the southern part of Lunjiao, which will greatly facilitate Shunde people to go out to commercial centers in Guangzhou, Shenzhen and other provinces, making Shunde an important part of the Pearl River Delta economic circle.
At present, we believe that the business circle of Lunjiao should extend to the main traffic arteries as far as possible, expand the market of leading products of Lunjiao, such as woodworking machinery and electronic products, and make use of the advantages of traffic location to expand the accessibility of products. The layout of commercial streets along Lunchang Road should be arranged as a whole, and all kinds of shops should be regularly distributed. A large shopping mall with a competitive shopping center should be built in Lunjiao, and equipped with corresponding entertainment facilities to improve the taste of the commercial center.
At present, several intensive industrial zones have been planned by ethics, but their functions have not been fully reflected. We should move the residential areas and some factories along the main roads to industrial areas as soon as possible. Implement various preferential policies for industrial zones, strengthen the management of industrial zones, introduce various sunrise industries, and promote the development of national economy. In addition, green belts should be built around and inside the industrial zone, which can not only reduce the impact on residents, but also beautify the environment.
The road planning of Lunjiao is relatively complete, but we should pay attention to the transformation of some old roads. With the improvement of people's living standards, more and more people buy cars. Therefore, large parking lots should be built in various districts, especially commercial districts, to reduce traffic congestion caused by parked vehicles on both sides of the road.
These are some of our immature views. I believe that with the improvement of people's quality and the progress of society, the layout will become more and more reasonable and the church will become better.
