Lujiao Lingang Industrial Zone: Lujiao Lingang Industrial Zone is located in Lujiao Town with a planned area of 4 square kilometers. Based on the construction of Ronglu first-class highway and Lujiao Wharf, we will make full use of shoreline resources, improve shipping and logistics facilities in the port area, introduce strategic investors, develop shipbuilding and trade logistics, and build a "two-oriented" demonstration zone integrating port-facing industry, warehousing logistics and commerce from a high starting point.
Matang electromagnet industrial functional area: Matang electromagnet industrial functional area is located in Matang town, close to Nanhu tourist resort in Yueyang City, north to Beijing-Guangzhou railway overpass bridge, south to Yuerong highway toll station, and east and west to new and old Yuerong highway. The new first-class highway between Guangdong and Chengdu runs through the whole territory, and its functional area is 7 kilometers away from the urban area, 5 kilometers away from the county seat/kloc-0, 4 kilometers away from the national highway107/kloc-0, 29 kilometers away from the Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway, 5 kilometers away from the lakeside freight station of Beijing-Guangzhou Railway 1.5, and 26 kilometers away from the foreign trade terminal of Chenglingji Port. At the same time, the planned Yue Chang Expressway is close to the east and west, with complete functions. The functional area plans to introduce a mechanical manufacturing project based on electromagnets, making it an important electromagnet product base in China. The construction of functional areas has been fully started. At present, there are 15 enterprises such as kailixin electromagnetic technology, hengri electromagnetic technology, deli machinery, Dongting insulation material, haina machinery and Hairun electric, with a total investment of nearly 300 million yuan, which can provide 2,000 jobs and generate annual tax revenue of150,000 yuan.
Newly opened food functional zone: The construction of newly opened food functional zone is to introduce edible oil, non-staple food and cooked food processing projects to national food processing enterprises in accordance with the requirements of high starting point planning and high standard construction of the county government, and to create a professional functional zone featuring food processing, which has become a new highlight of food processing in the city. The functional area is located on both sides of Shengtian Village 107 National Road in Xinkai Town, 5km from Sun Bridge Market in Yueyang City, 4km from Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway (7km from the entrance of Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway), 8km from Yueyang Freight Station of Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, 6km from Chenglingji Port Foreign Trade Terminal107 and 4km from Yueyang Railway Station of Wuhan-Guangzhou Railway Passenger Dedicated Line. At present, the functional areas are mainly enterprises that accept Yueyang Food Processing Industry Chamber of Commerce, and now there is Yueyang City.
