(1) The indoor bedstead is made of wood and bamboo, with a width of 1m and a height of 2m, with a total of 3-4 floors and a spacing of 80cm between each floor. The bedside is made of bamboo and wood, with a height of 30-40 cm. Spread a film on the bottom, and make a filter hole in the film. Or build a bed on the ground with a width of 1 m. Use discarded bamboo or hardwood as cultivation materials. Processing the cultivation material into 5-30cm segments. Then soak it in 5% lime water for a week, then take it out, rinse it with clear water, soak it in clear water for fermentation, take it out when the clear water smells sour and smelly, and then go to bed for sowing. The sowing date is autumn10-165438+10 or March-April of the following spring. Every square meter 1-2 bottles of bacteria (750g). After sowing, it is wrapped with plastic film, and cultured in the shade at 20℃, keeping the relative humidity at 75-80%, and covering the soil for about 20 days.
(2) The soil should be fertile, without germ eggs and acid sludge as composite materials. Cover the soil with a thickness of 3 cm, and water it in time. 2-3 months after covering the soil, hyphae on the culture material can develop further, and a large number of young bacterial buds appear, which extend to the bed surface through soil particles. At this time, the water content of the covering soil should reach 15- 18%, the temperature should be around 18℃, and the relative humidity of the air should be around 80%, so as to maintain weak light and proper ventilation. When white flower buds are twisted on the top of the mushroom umbrella, the relative humidity of the air increases to 85%, the water content of the soil increases to 18-20%, and the room temperature is kept between 18-26℃, so the light is weak. Management should be light water spraying and less ventilation.
2. Indoor box planting method. Ordinary wooden cases can be used as cultivation containers, with film around the wooden cases and water filtering holes at the bottom. First, spread a layer of humus soil with a thickness of 5- 10 cm on the bottom of the box, saw the dead bamboo into 30 cm long, spread it on the humus soil, sow dictyophora on the dead bamboo layer, and put 750 g 1 bottle of strains per square meter, and then lightly spread a layer of humus soil with a thickness of about 3-5 cm. Don't cover the soil too thick, or it will affect the result. Water the cover to make it wet. Put the wooden box in the room for cultivation, and always keep the soil moist. After 4-5 months, the dead bamboo has been covered by hyphae, and a small amount of hyphae spread to cover the soil.
3. Outdoor boundary cultivation method. Choose a shady open space in the leeward as the bed, with a width of 80- 100 cm and a depth of 10 cm. Spread a layer of dead bamboo on the bed, sow strains on the dead bamboo, and use a bottle of strains per square meter. Then cover the strain with 3-5 cm thick composite soil and pour water. In order to keep the temperature of the mushroom bed, build a 30-40 cm high shade shed on the mushroom bed to prevent direct sunlight. Cultivation should be carried out at natural temperature, but water should be sprayed frequently to prevent bed surface from drying. In September of the following year, the mushroom body began to grow on the bed surface, and it took about 10- 12 months from sowing to fruiting.
