The work-related injury certificate is issued by Qiantang District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Now, if I lose it, where can I reissue it?

If the work-related injury certificate is lost, it shall be reissued to the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of the employer's work-related injury insurance co-ordination area.

Under normal circumstances, the Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security's work-related injury determination decision will be kept for 50 years. The loss of the work-related injury identification decision of the injured employee does not affect the fact that the employer has identified it. Employees can take their ID cards to the Work Injury Insurance Department of the People's Social Security Bureau that made the determination, copy and seal them.
