Fifth labor and personnel disputes, the parties may apply to the following mediation organizations for mediation:
1, enterprise labor dispute mediation committee;
2, institutions of labor and personnel dispute mediation committee;
3. Regional and industrial labor and personnel dispute mediation organizations;
4. Grassroots people's mediation organizations established according to law;
5 towns (streets) and villages (communities) established organizations with the function of mediating labor and personnel disputes.
Article 6 The labor and personnel dispute mediation committee of enterprises and institutions shall be composed of representatives of employees and employers, and the number shall be determined by both parties through consultation, and the number of both parties shall be equal. The representatives of the staff and workers shall be held by members of the trade union committee or elected by all the staff and workers, and the representatives of the employing unit shall be designated by the person in charge of the unit.
The chairman of the mediation committee shall be a member of the trade union committee or a person recommended by both parties.
