4. Party A shall inspect the goods together with the commodity inspection authorities within 15 days after their arrival in Hong Kong. If the quality and quantity of the goods are found to be inconsistent with the original contract, Party B shall be informed in time, and the commodity inspection certificate and other relevant supporting materials shall be sent to Party B in triplicate 10 days before the expiration of the claim period stipulated in the contract.
