Third, work with relevant departments to study and formulate technical standards, trading processes, operating procedures and on-site management systems for various trading activities, organize trading activities according to laws and regulations, and maintain the order of trading places.
Four, in conjunction with the relevant departments to build and manage the provincial comprehensive evaluation expert database, responsible for extracting, collecting, storing and publishing all kinds of transaction information, providing information consulting services for market participants.

Assist and cooperate with the industry authorities and regulatory authorities to review the contents of the tender documents, the form of bidding and procurement, and the legality of the composition of the bid evaluation committee, verify the market subject qualification and the integrity of the transaction project information, and sort out and save the relevant information in the transaction process.
6. Provide a platform for industry supervision and administrative supervision, accept the supervision of the office of the provincial public * * resource transaction management committee, industry authorities, supervision departments and other parties, witness all kinds of public * * resource transaction activities in the venue, record, stop and correct the violations of the transaction site management system, accept complaints from relevant parties and deal with them in a timely manner according to the division of responsibilities, and establish on-site transaction credit and discipline files for all transaction subjects entering the venue.
