4. Review and modification: according to the requirements of enterprises and institutions and the needs of daily business operations, assist in reviewing and modifying legal documents such as agreements and contracts signed between enterprises and institutions and third parties, and issue general legal opinions;
5. Negotiation: assist enterprises and institutions to negotiate with third parties on matters related to disputes over creditor's rights and debts in daily operations, issue lawyers' letters, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises and institutions;
6. Communication and mediation: assist enterprises and institutions to participate in communication and mediation in case of disputes between enterprises and third parties (including workers);
7. Legal announcement: at the request of enterprises and institutions, draft and publish legal announcements in the public media in the name of enterprises and institutions;
8. Assist in communication: participate in and assist enterprises and institutions to communicate with relevant government departments and business partners on the operation and business of enterprises and institutions;
9. Legal trends: according to the needs of enterprises and institutions, provide the company with the latest legal trends related to industry operation from time to time, so as to facilitate timely adjustment of enterprises and institutions;
10. legal training: according to the requirements of enterprises and institutions, provide relevant legal training for employees (once a year).
(2) Services other than fees:
