Scope of work of legal adviser

First, perennial legal counsel can generally provide the following services for enterprises and institutions:

(1) Services under expenses:

1. Legal consultation: conduct legal analysis on problems or questions raised by enterprises and institutions in their daily management and operation, and provide oral or written legal consultation;

(2) Services other than fees:
